Overview

We are a local restaurant & bar that serves tavern fare such as shepherd's pie, pork shanks, burgers,wraps & sandwiches. We are located in the historic distric of Salisbury. Our Building was built in the early 1900's.

History

In 1885 there was a very large house at this address. from my understanding houses of that nature during this time were flop houses. I am not sure when or how the house was removed, but sometime after 1912 The Wallace family built this building because of growth from their wholesale goods company that occupied the two adjoining buildings. shortly after that (1920ish) it became the general store. Since then it has been a pool hall & two restaurants.

Paranormal Claims

In the 17 years I have been in this builing we have had chairs move, coffee pots thrown, aboritions of men, women & a child. Cold spots, cigar smells, doors opening, pots falling, numerous EVPs, a shadow person caught on tape, pictures of aboritions on digital cameras, the list goes on & on.
