Overview
An octagonal plantation house built in 1847, currently a Museum open to the public.
History
One of four octagonal brick homes still extant. Used as a CSA hospital/hiding spot/lookout during the Civil War.
Paranormal Claims
After numerous investigations, full apparitions, EVP's, shadow figures, poltergeist activities, disembodied voices. Evidence already catalogued. Featured on PBS, History, Travel, Sy-fy channel. Two "horror" movies filmed on site.
