Overview
120 year old abandoned hospital for the mentally ill well known among experienced "ghost hunters" for its high level of paranormal activity.
History
St Albans began as a prestigious Lutheran boys school in 1892. The boys school closed in 1911 and was purchased by Dr. JC King and opened as a psychicatric facilty in 1916. In 2003 the old hospital closed and remains today as a prime destination for those seeking evidence of life after death.
Paranormal Claims
Much more happens amid the 50,000 square foot asylum than just random footsteps or an occasional EVP! Full bodied apparitions, shadow figures, threatening voices, intelligent mists, levitating objects and physical contact are all well documented events that have happened over the past decade.
